Our chatbot can check the current Greeley show list and help with tickets, age limits, parking, accessibility, venue details, and website problems.

01What is the age requirement for attending shows at the Moxi?

Moxi Theater is an all-ages concert venue unless an event listing states otherwise. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Minors without ID must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult age 21 or older. Lap children under age 3 do not need a ticket; everyone else does.

02Is it safe for my child to attend a show at the Moxi?

The venue has security staff and extensive experience hosting all-ages events. Children and minors must remain supervised. Unsupervised minors and their parents may be asked to leave. Parents should use their own judgment and are encouraged to attend with their child.

03Do I need an ID to enter the Moxi?

Yes. Adults must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Minors without ID must enter with a ticket-holding adult age 21 or older. Adults without state-issued identification will not be admitted.

04Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is allowed for guests age 21 and over. Guests under 21 may not re-enter after leaving the venue.

05Is Moxi Theater accessible?

Yes. Moxi Theater is ADA accessible and welcomes necessary mobility aids and medical equipment. An elevator is located just east of the front door. Tell a staff member at the top of the stairs when you arrive, or email moxitheater@gmail.com before the event for assistance.

06Are service animals allowed?

Yes. Service animals are welcome as required by the ADA. Live concerts can reach loud volumes, so handlers should consider their animal's comfort and hearing safety and may contact moxitheater@gmail.com before the show to discuss access needs. Service animals must remain under the handler's control and be housebroken.Verified sources: ADA service animal guidance · ADA Title III regulations

07Where is Moxi Theater located?

Moxi Theater is upstairs at 802 9th Street on the 9th Street Plaza in downtown Greeley, near the corner of 8th Avenue and 9th Street.

08Where can I purchase tickets?

Official online tickets are sold through TIXR from moxitheater.com. The Moxi box office accepts cash. Guests paying by card are encouraged to purchase online or visit the Spotlight Café box office during its normal business hours.

09Can I use or share a screenshot of a ticket?

Yes. A clear, high-resolution phone screenshot of the complete QR code generally works with the Moxi scanners, although opening the original ticket is preferred. The name on the ticket does not need to match the person presenting the code, so texting a friend a high-resolution screenshot is an easy way to share a ticket. Do not crop, blur, compress, or post the QR code publicly.

10Can I bring my camera?

Phone cameras are generally allowed. SLR cameras, detachable lenses, professional equipment, and video recording require prior approval from both the venue and artist. Email moxitheater@gmail.com with questions.

11Is seating available?

Most shows are primarily standing room. A reserved table is the only way to guarantee a seat and is the best way to see the show. Any other seating is limited and offered first come, first served.

12What is the bag and entry search policy?

Backpacks and large handbags are not allowed. All guests, bags, and belongings are subject to security screening or search as a condition of entry and while on the premises. If you are unsure about an item, leave it at home or contact Moxi before the show.

17Can I smoke or vape inside the Moxi?

18What time do doors and the box office open?

19Where should a rideshare or driver pick me up or drop me off?

Pickup and drop-off at the 9th Street Plaza crosswalk in front of Gentry's is encouraged. Uber and Lyft drivers commonly use that location. Follow posted traffic, curb, and access restrictions when you arrive.

20Where is the best place to park?
